Maybe our view was skewed, having gone here on Halloween...but we thought Barrio was hopping fun with very attentive waitstaff. The food was very tasty and plenty of it. Barrio provided a very entertaining evening and quality meal.
Great restaurant? Hmmm. Maybe.
But great place to hang out with friends and drink/eat? Totally.
Four things: Guacamole, Mole, The Bario Paloma and the fish tacos.

My office friends and I love Barrio! A skip down Nicollet Mall - it is conveniently located. The food is fabulous and the Margarita's even better! The luncheon specials were priced reasonably and super delicious! One of my favorite places to go!

Trendy spot full ala carte menu so watch how that adds up. Small portions but very tasty. Waitress was not freindly (at all) but efficient. Supporting staff was great, changing out plates, filling water etc. Should promote them!
