First time going to Noble Restaurant. It was delicious! A nice varied menu which also caters to gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free. They have some creative dishes that pique the curiosity to try. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Obviously a favorite of the locals. I trusted by trip advisor app to find me some good breakfast eats and was not disappointed. Amazing menu options, friendly staff-a definite new fave!

My husband and I both enjoyed our omelettes at Nobel Restaurant. The service was spot on too. On Thursdays, there is no up charge for gluten free options, what a delightful surprise!

An unexpected farm to table, very affordable restaurant. Food is good, not fantastic. A great option if you are on a budget and want farm to table food.

Horribly pricy for what you're offered. Even a modest dish of oatmeal was crazy expensive. I couldn't justify spending that for breakfast. The hubster ordered "toast" to go with his eggs, but it was a homemade bread (which is good) but completely inappropriate for bacon,...More

I have to come here whenever I'm in GR to get the banana bread french toast! It is amazing. There's usually a wait but it is so worth it. Also upgrade to the cinnamon butter syrup.

I like Noble because the food is made with fresh ingredients, a lot of Gluten Free and Vegan options. It is only a breakfast and lunch place - I wish they were open longer. It is a small family owned restaurant and seems to keep...More

We start by eliminating as many unnecessary ingredients and additives as possible. That is why our entire menu contains no artificial color, flavors (excluding flavored hot beverages), MSG, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial nitrates. This also allows us to offer many gluten-free and dairy-free options. When looking at the wide array of food that we are able to purchase, we feel less is more. We are constantly reevaluating our menu to see what can be eliminated or changed to make our food healthier, better quality, or more accessible to our allergy concerned guests. We then source very high quality ingredients. We carry over a dozen organic items including chicken, milk, bread, eggs, maple syrup, carrots... Our beef is raised without the use of antibiotics. All of our seafood is wild caught. Our ham and bacon that we serve is all natural with no added artificial nitrates. Whenever feasible our produce is purchased fresh, not frozen or canned. We finish by making most of our items from scratch in our kitchen. These include our waffle & GF waffles, homemade bread and jam, burger buns, chicken strips, salad dressings, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, and vegan granola. We also only use pure oils and real butter for all of our cooking and baking. We feel that making most of our items in house with real whole ingredients allows us to provide our guests with the best tasting food possible.
