I'm a local person from Bridgman, so there's no "City Slicker" prejudice, here. I have heard about Villa's for years from friends who rave about this place! So, when 2 friends from St. Joseph stopped by one early Friday morning, we headed there to finally check them out. We were seated immediately, with 2 other tables already dining. We promptly... My husband and I were hungry, and it was Saturday morning. We were in the mood for a really good, wholesome breakfast and stopped at The Viola Cafe. It was everything we hoped it would be. The restaurant is cute and quaint, it was bustling with local people and the service was friendly. Prices are reasonable, and the best thing... More

Cute little diner on the main street, downtown. Enjoyed a great breakfast of Denver omelet and blueberry pancakes. Neat very old interior design, excellent server. I was able to congratulate some Chicago Cubs fans who were returning from the World Series win. A great friendly experience we will return again on our next visit to west Michigan. The diner is... I had breakfast there with my son for the last three days. I live in South Bend and we do not have any place as good as Viola cafe. My son enjoyed various kinds of pancakes and French toast, and I had three different egg meals: Eggs and steak, eggs and sausage and egg Benedict. All delicious and reasonable priced.... More

A very cozy place. Love the antique quilts decorating the Walsh, love the wonderful aromas of pasty baking. A display case full of pies and pastries. Great food, great service and a fun view of the main road through the large front windows.

Their breakfast menu is really good. Atmosphere is good, and the servers do a wonderful job. They also have a selection of baked goods.

The place is quaint, the staff is friendly, and very attentive. The food is really good, u definitely have to try the broccoli salad. This salad is really healthy and what a fabulous taste. Don't forget to try the desserts...the rice pudding is to-die for.

Thank Susan N
