We go to Da Francesco's once a month. We have loved everything we've had from here. This is our favorite Italian restaurant. Deserts are also amazing.

Went here for my daughter's birthday and even though we had a reservation we still had to wait almost twenty minutes. The food was well worth the wait but the service was average at best
This was our first visit. We were visiting the Packard Proving Grounds and this place was conveniently close. We had the lasagna and the eggplant parmesan, both were very good. The service was excellent. We were in a hurry and they accommodated us perfectly. The managers (or maybe the owners) came by a couple of times to make sure all... More
This place is always packed.....because it's amazing. Gluten and vegan friendly but loved by carnivores too. Love their occasional cauliflower soup and pasta is amazing. Needs to work on wait staff friendliness and cleanliness. We know you're busy but don't rush us every time we come.
We come to Da Francesco's often because the food is so delicious and the prices are very reasonable for all that you get. I would have to say it is a high end restaurant with moderate pricing. We took some friends here for dinner who live in Naples, Florida and they know good food, they loved the food at Da... More
Met with friends for lunch. It's plain outside, traditional, low key comfortable and cozy inside. The service is prompt and courteous. The restaurant was filled with a locals and families. It was pleasantly busy but relaxing. The shrimp and pasta, with Cabernet wine was very good, and reasonably priced. Good experience, we will definitely visit again!
We frequent this restaurant quite a bit. Last time, Feb. 18, 2017, we made reservations so we wouldn't have to wait for our table. Quite surprised and unhappy to find out that we still had to wait 20 minutes. They were seating people that were walk-ins in-between folks with reservations. The food is good but they need to honor reservations... More
We have been here several times. It's family friendly, high quality, and you get plenty of food for a decent price. Soup and salad are very good. The pasta is excellent and the chicken Marsala and the filet are excellent. It's fairly busy and a popular spot but it's tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall. Must... More
My wife and I recently had dinner here on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. After the original disappointment of being seated 35 minutes after our reservation, the food made up for the wait. We both had veal parm which was as good as it gets. Great quality veal at a VERY reasonable price. Although I... More

We have eaten there many, many times and if the service was bad, we would have told them about it.
Claudia and I dont stand for poor service. But we have never, never had bad service. The owner and Shirley the hostess do not stand for anything but first-class service. Give them another chance.
