We decided to try this restaurant out tonight when my brother, an avid hunter and fisherman, came to visit my husband, our baby, and I. Although winter is a typically slower season for the Soo, we only saw two other tables there around 7 pm...More

Food and atmosphere were absolutely disgusting. What is appetizing about hundreds of dead animals on the wall?

Sorry, guess our theme for our restaurant that has been around for many years didn't hit any positive buttons with you. Many enjoy seeing the animals and also tasting some of the different game dishes on the menu. Marilyn Szabo

The Food was very good, had the Rudyard Burger with homemade Onion Rings. Best Onion Rings I've ever had. Coffee was very fresh, brewed just right. Had the Venison Pountine for an appetizer was very good and very different . Service was very friendly

What a neat place. I actually liked looking at all of the antlers displayed (hence the name of the restaurant) and the stuffed animals. I enjoyed the Bison burger and especially the fries--they were home made and tasted awesome. I haven't had fries that good...More

This place is covered with taxidermy on every wall. Lots to look at. The menu has burgers, salads, sandwiches, and poutine. They incorporate wild game and fresh fish into the menu items and have daily specials. We had the poutine with venison meatloaf and the...More

Had the Sunday "brunch" Food was OK, but far from good. $12.95. Everything processed and out of a can it seemed. Lots of stuffed animals that probably need dusted or cleaned. I may go back for a beer but won't eat there again.

Sorry you didn't enjoy us. Specials are always something very different. Maybe next time you could try them. Our animals are on a cleaning schedule by a taxidermist. Usually done in the off season during the winter. Marilyn Szabo

If taxidermy animals upsets you, this is not the place for you. Most Michigan people and children love this restaurant. I had a Ruben and it was good. It's in an area where you can walk to attractions.

Thanks for your review. Glad your service was good inspite of all the hockey kids. My son & daughter-in law are into the Soo hockey big time so sponsor quite a few things. Love to have you back sometime. Marilyn Szabo
