They serve decent Mexican food. a budget place. Loved their Californian burrito. A budget place, thought the staff wasn't that friendly, but that would not stop me from going back again. The place is ideal on the centerpoint parkway road and those staying at the marriot hotel close by,

I was looking forward to eating here once I read some of the reviews since I was on business travel alone. However I was disappointed in the bland flavor of the carne asada and beans. I felt as if it were seasoned for someone who is 80+ years old with no taste buds. The beans, which are usually an easy... More

Mi Zarape has definitely improved its games in recent years. They offer a variety for vegetarians like me. I ordered veggie fajitas. You get a substantial amount of food for a great price, and it's delicious. Only complaint: TOO SALTY.

I gauge the quality of most restaurants on whether I'm willing to drive more than 15 minutes to get there. There are few Mexican restaurants close to my house and I'm willing to drive 10 more miles to get to Mi Zarape than a few others.

Mi Zarape is a good spot with 4/5 star food, a good sized lunch menu and fair prices. I recommend this Mexican restaurant for any occasion. The only complaint is that the bathrooms are embarrassing with manual hand towels and soap that rarely work. Toilets are always broken or in bad shape. Have some pride and upgrade more than just... Small local Mexican restaurant that is certainly worth checking out. We usually have four different between the two couples and everyone goes back again and again and the order seldom changes. We each have our favorite. That makes it an easy choice of where to go since we all know going in what we will probably order.

What more could you ask for? This place has good food good price and good service. I live near here and frequent it quite often. If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal I would recommend it.

The atmosphere is welcoming, yet tired. The food was good. I enjoyed the fish tacos with black beans. I enjoyed the Margherita more, especially for under 10.

Larger group, took a soccer team for out team dinner. To a person, everyone thought the food was exceptional. Easily one of my favourites for a mid-price Mexican meal

The margaritas are huge and lethal...the tomatillo sauce is smoky and on fire. Service by recent Mexican immigrants...They do not Americanize their food...it is tasty and fun.

They have been in business for nearly 3 years, took over an old applebees building. Very good Mexican food, great service, and one of our favorite local mexican restaurants.
