On the occasion that my wife and I get to go out, we are always faced with the dilemma if trying somewhere new or going with our favorite...we often fall back on the Sardine Room because we know there will be no disappointment. It's usually busy during typical dinner rush on Friday and Saturday, but we never complain about having... More

Went here for brunch with a friend. It was a Sunday around 11 and had about an hour wait (bar area is first come, first serve so we ended up sitting at the bar after waiting 20 minutes). We both enjoyed some traditional mimosas and I ordered the Baked French Toast. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was great!... More

The Sunday brunch is excellent. First you may have to wait to sit but believe me it will be worth it. The food options are varied. The Shrimp and Grits is the best I've ever had. My recommendation is to get the bottomless Mimosa's.

I didn't have to pay as I was on a business trip but the overall experience was fantastic. Service was great, food was very tasty and original, and wine that went with it enhanced the diner. I really recommend the oysters, was very positively surprised by the Kimuchi fries. My only improvement recommendation would be on the desserts. With only... More

We were very lucky and scored a table outside for brunch for our first visit. There was some confusion on who would be our server. Once they figured that out it was all good. We all had something different and they were all great. As we were leaving I got to see the inside of the restaurant and it is... More

Fantastic food! I'm still thinking about the delicious mac & cheese. Fish tacos were solid. Outstanding craft cocktails. We will definitely be back!

We love to go to the Sardine Room for Sunday brunch. Great ambiance. Very good food selections, not a traditional breakfast diner.

I've been here three times now. I've ordered different entrees and have never had a bad meal! I LOVE this place! Their food is so unique and delicious. A go to is the cheese board. OMG! So good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband hates how close the table are, this does not bother me at all.... More

The menu changes all the time but it's always delicious. Be sure to reserve a table or come early as it fills up fast. Love the ambiance!

Description
The Sardine Room offers a raw bar with pristinely fresh oysters and seafood, along with small and large plate menus featuring American bistro fare. A rotating chalkboard menu draws on seasonal, locally sourced products, keeping daily specials fresh and regional. These sections of the menu, along with contemporary bar snacks and sides, let our patrons dictate their dining experience. A meal can be constructed of any selection of snacks, sides, small plates, large plates, or raw bar items, providing an alternative to the formality of traditional ordering. Fresh crudos, artisanal country hams, and house made pates are served in whatever order the diner desires. Large plates such as kobe flat iron steak or bouillabaisse can be shared among a group or ordered as a meal unto themselves. Our culinary team prides itself on executing creative, honest food at reasonable prices. Beyond the kitchen, our bar program features well prepared cocktails made with respectable spirits, and an emphasis on the classics. An eclectic, affordable wine list is offered alongside a michigan-heavy selection of craft beers. With a design that walks the line between big city sophistication and prohibition-era Americana, The Sardine Room gives nod to the contemporary while evoking the spirit of speakeasies, jazz clubs and seaside dives of bygone eras. Located directly across the street from Kellogg park in downtown Plymouth, The Sardine Room welcomes all interested in a good drink, a good bite and a good time.
