Many years ago my husband lived in Albion and taught at the college. One of the best restaurants he visited was Schuler's. So on out recent visit we had dinner there for old times sake with an old friend. I had the London Broil which...More

We have been told for years about this restaurant and pub. We were finally in the right place at the right time so we decided to go for dinner. After looking at the menu online we decided the pub would be best for us-more reasonably-priced...More

Schuler's is how a fine restaurant once was and should be today. The environment, food and service are worth the drive.

The service was great & the food tasty. We love historic settings like this. It was a bit pricey for our taste but we enjoyed it.

Nice restaurant and a bit expensive. $33 for Prime Rib with potato and vegetables, which was an excellent choice, the best I've had in years. Most things are homemade, like the bread and cheese spread.

Food was not very good. Had to redo my steak because they brought me prime rib instead of steak. Went there years ago and it was very good. We were very disappointed. Probably won't go back but the place was very busy!

Wonderful restaurant that has stood the test of time. I remember going to Win Shulers as a kid 50 years ago. When you enter and look around, the old time charm takes you back to a time when people spent time at dinner having conversations...More

I have dined here several times in the past, but I have not been here in about a year. The times that I was here the meals were excellent and the staff very friendly and prompt.

Let me start by saying I consider myself to be a restaurant-connaisseur. I don't mind paying for a good meal if it's worthwhile. I read several reviews and have heard the hype about this place for years, but after trying it I was a bit...More

For over 100 years, Schuler's Restaurant & Pub has kept it in the family - and beaten the odds. How rare is this achievement? According to Family Business Review more than 30 percent of all family-owned businesses survive into the second generation. Twelve percent will still be viable into the third generation, with three percent of all family businesses operating at the fourth-generation level and beyond. Schuler's, a four-generation, family-owned restaurant in Marshall, Michigan is an institution. Schuler's attributes its longevity to the foresight of our founder and the succeeding family members who have used their entrepreneurial skills to build a 100-year tradition of hospitality and fine dining.
