Hands down the best place I've ever gotten a wrap from! Kids ate macaroni and cheese and did not complain! Waitress was awesome and very friendly. Interacted with the kids.

My daughter and I were taking a day trip to Mackinaw, even though there is not much open this time of year. We were starving, so we decided to stop in the Dixie Saloon. First time we visited, and unfortunately, will be our last. There were only three other tables with patrons in the entire place. Our waitress came shortly... More

After hearing that the Lieghio family who own most of Mackinaw City also own this restaurant/saloon I thought it would be a decent place for lunch. Our first impression was that the tables and booths were sticky and the dining area was dusty and run down looking. Our waitress never told us her name, took our drink order and wasn't very... More

Wings are amazing - try the Asian sauce. Half and whole chicken are made on rotisserie and are so moist and tender!!! Hot whitefish dip is yummy if you like fish dip. Cod is great.

Stopped in for lunch and had a very good meal, great service and a nice time overall. Lots to look at within this saloon, friendly atmosphere, nice location even in the middle of winter.

Came here during the off season, just wanted to get a late dinner and a beer. Place was huge, had a nice selection of draft beer, I got the perch and it was HUGE enough for two people easily. The person I was with got a burger that was recommended over the ribs, he didn't like it at all and... More

Large menu with plenty of choices. The Mile High Meatloaf with redskin potatoes is my favorite. The servers are friendly and efficient.

We had already eaten dinner elsewhere so we did not get a chance to try the food before stumbling over the Dixie. It was clean, cheery, spacious and well run. Ask for the owner. He spends 6 months here and 6 months at his other place in Daytona, hence the reference to Dixie in an definitely northern area.

Bad service, asked for to bring a bottle of wine they wouldn't let as. Knowing that Michigan has passed the law for any store with a liquor license to allow customers to bring there own liquor if they want too. Didn't argue with them just had dinner and left. Customer comes first.
