Definitely better than chain coffee places. The espresso isn't bitter and can be had as a single/double. They offer pour over/drip/specialty drinks. A little of the beaten path but definitely worth it.

If you want a good cup of coffee, you need to stop in here. They have lots of choices, fancy styles or simply a cup of straight coffee. Free wifi, limited seating inside and out.

I stopped in Lucky Bean on Market St. to get a couple of hot beverages to go. The barrista was friendly and the service was quick. Coffees were delicious! Worth the extra steps in walking to avoid Starbucks and support a great local business!
