My son took me out to lunch and we went to Pablo's in Old Town Lansing. Amazing made from scratch meals. Perfect portions for lunch with an outstanding taste. We'll be back again.

My husband and I went to Pablo's for the first time. The food was excellent! Everything is made from scratch, except the tortilla chips. I had the combo plate -- taco, enchilada, and tostada. You can pick the meat you want. I tried the chicken and sliced beef steak. My meal included a large side serving of refried beans and... More

After multiple visits, Pablo's is still a favorite. PLAmichigan loves restaurants run by immigrants to the US that bring their spirit and their meals from other lands. Pablo certainly did that, and the meals here are not Tex-Mex standards (although, for certain, you can get a burrito and chips and salsa.) Their specialty is "la torta" sandwhich, which I recommend... More

This is a tiny place in what used to be skidrow in Lansing, now the artsy walkaround district on the North End. I lived up here when I was in grad school long ago, much nicer neighborhood now. Service was friendly and excellent. The food is authentic, very fresh, affordable but a bit plain, which is often the case in... More

My coworkers & I went here after a training that was recommended. I wouldn't recommend for large groups. It's a very popular place & it's small. There were only two guys that ran the dining area. They worked their butts off but slow service due to taking care of everyone. I thought the food was good. I had a la... More

I've been eating at Pablo's for more than five years now. They are always fantastic! The menu is fairly extensive for such a small place and I've never tried anything that I found disappointing. Try the fresh-squeezed lemonade and the mole(ay) enchiladas!

We went to Pablo restaurant with family I was expecting a different style restaurant. The food was good everyone had something different. My wife does not like spicy food. This was very mild Mexican perfect for someone who did not care for real spicy food. Spicier items were available. Staff was friendly.

I had a Torta with chicken and wished I had ordered something else. But, because of the ambience of this small place and the congeniality of the staff I would give it another try when in Lansing and go with food I am more familiar with. It was a very reasonably priced, authentic food neighborhood restaurant. When I say we... More

Pablo's has Posole... If you like soup and haven't tried the Posole, try it here... Go to the Mica Gallery and stop around the corner at Pablo's...whether for the soup or the other authentic Mexican fare...
