This restaurant is such a gem. Local farm sourced food with great creative preparation. Such original and entertaining décor [ look for the hidden fairies and pixies] and enjoy your night out. make sure you stop by the store for a couple of original gifts and treats from local artists and farms. Service is friendly and fast. never disappointed here!

What a fun and wonderful taste explosion! Everything we tried was delish and plentiful. We started with the garbanzos with curry and one of us tried the Square Dance salad (the half portion was large) and the other a lovely fluffy omelet with exceptional home fries and a moist, savory cheese herb scone. The wait staff was very personable and... More

This is a good place to eat. The decor is eclectically interesting. Or interestingly eclectic. You decide. The service is very good. The menu is wide ranging. And the food is very tasty & nicely presented. A little pricey for my budget, but good. I was even happy with the availability of parking.

Food Dance is always a good bet. It's all locally sourced and farm fresh. They serve food I would describe as "clean". They cook it to perfection and don't mess around with good ingredients. Nothing is overly seasoned or charred up or anything like that. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Always a murmur of conversation, but not deafening.... More

I thoroughly enjoy this restaurant and frequent it several times throughout the year. On this occasion we hosted my son's wedding rehearsal dinner for a party of 30 people. We were able to secure a semi private room and enjoyed outstanding service and incredible food. You can't miss on a delicious meal and impressing your friends and relatives. We enjoyed... More

I have visited Food Dance for breakfasts for years. This was my first dinner experience and I found it almost as satisfying as breakfast. The decor is whimsical and bright. The food is fresh and well cooked. There are different choices on the menu - and good gluten free choices. Prices are a bit high. Service was outstanding. A good... More

We had a very nice dinner here with family. The food and service were impeccable, but also the setting itself was very comfortable and pleasant, plenty of room, we could talk and enjoy, nice lighting, etc.. All good here.

This is a good restaurant so don't get me wrong. Food is good but not worth the price, it's expensive for what it is. Ketchup is terrible, like watered down tomato paste. It's kind of a hipster place, so if you are one then you will love it, if not then you will be annoyed by it.

This is definitely one of Kalamazoo's better restaurants. Can be mid range or pricey depending on what you order. Good variety. Fresh ingredients. Feels like a special occasion place without being stuffy.
