We were here for Family Weekend. Great place to get a burrito! We thought we could have gone a little hotter with each of our choices. I had deep fried jalapeño and ended up putting them on my burrito. Great place to go!

Great place to grab a big ol' burrito. Reminds me of a better chipotle or qudoba? (Sp?) anyways! Great place, great food, great service.

The owners work hard to produce a creative meal with the freshest ingredients. They hand-make all their own salsas and built a special rack to roast peppers and chilies. Think of this as an upscale Chipotle; This is student oriented place, on the backside of a strip mall with barely enough seats to call it a restaurant and décor reminiscent... More

Rodeo is counter service Mexican, similar to Chipotle, done right! Although unassuming at first, the food is the real star of the show here. Like most counter service Mexican restaurants the menu is limited, but I haven't tried an item that I didn't love. My personal favorite are the chicken tacos and my husband loves the beef burritos. If you... More

My wife and I have a background in restaurant management. My background is in bigger, authentic, full service restaurants. We are foodies. It is tough for us to find places that we like. We like Rodeo. After eating there for a few years now, we have come to know Kevin, one of the chaps that runs the place and Rodeo... More

Fresh veggies, including avocados? Free range chicken? Grass-fed beef? A simple and stable menu? Consistent quality every day? I had a party and order burritos cut in half. They were gone in very short order. The food is some of the best in the neighborhood. The owner has his work cut out for him because demand is only going to... More

Located in the Pearl St shopping center in Houghton, it is right next to MTU campus. We would never have known it existed without a local hotel employee letting us know. The best kept South-western secret in the UP!! Perfect portion sizes for the price and you get to choose how hot or mild you want everything made. DELISH

I'm not big on Mexican food but this was so tasty!! I love the options and the service was quick. I had the tacos but will most likely try one of the other options available next time I'm in town.
