If you like crispy and plentiful servings of fried potatoes, here's your place. My husband and I found the ribs chewy and tough - were they baby backs? Hmmmm. One customer mentioned the broasted chicken was very good - wouldn't know. The cole slaw wasn't drowning in dressing, thankfully, and the side salad featured fresh lettuce. Don't expect aesthetically pleasing... More

We met a large group of people here. The servers were very good and I was surprised that they were willing to accept separate checks. The server was very nice and we had a great time with our friends. The only thing that was lacking were the ribs. We were very disappointed both in the quality of the ribs and... More

Got the family feast with coupon from the newspaper...fabulous amount for 4 adults and my daughter! Included salad, bread, thick fried potato chips, boasted chicken and a full rack of ribs! Simply top-notch.

We only do take out from this place, so this review is about food quality, not the actual restaurant itself. Ok, so they're not real "barbeque" ribs, but they're really good. Love the tenderness of the pork ribs and the barbeque sauce to go on top of them. We usually get the slab of ribs for two which easily feeds... More

Very disappointed.Went there craving some great bbq and that didnt happed. The service was slow and lacking. No background music, just an akwardly quiet slow atmosphere. The bbq chicken was not good and We just paid our bill and left most our food. Also it is really dirty and all the seats are torn. We need more good bbq joints!

I remember when this was a place to go- food was good and always busy at dinner. The last several times I was there the place looked old, dirty and unappealing. Food was decent, not great. There certainly were not the crowds that used to be there- half empty or more on Saturday evening. Only was there because of the... More

Dark, drab and dirty inside...most booths had tape repairs in the vinyl....dark dirty decor from the 70's. Restroom disgusting and filthy. Food: Smallest nastiest Reuben Sandwich I ever saw with a mountain of greasy so called "Cottage Fries" that filled 4/5 of the plate.

Maybe it's a Michigan thing, but a lot of restaurants that advertise themselves as being BBQ are not real BBQ. Real BBQ is cooked with smoke, low and slow. You cannot make BBQ in a roaster, an oven, on a grill, or my dousing something with BBQ sauce. The ribs at the Boneyard are expensive for just being spareribs as... More

Their chicken is really good, Cost is very reasonable. Cary-out service is also great. It is good place for watching sports, I been their several time - once for world cup soccer. Chicken was good. I do not like their potato chips.
