I stopped in with my stepfather after visiting my Mom in the hospital. The bartender had some special specialty drinks that were fun. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Pacinos was our third choice for a meal, the other two were either very noisy or had a long wait. We found a gem. A quiet atmosphere greeted us with gentle music playing in the background from our distant past in the 1960's. Our server soon found the apperitifs we required which were quickly served whilst we looked at the... More

My husband & I had never been here before so decided to try it for lunch. We both ordered the perch plate. It was 3 small pieces of fish, which tasted more like smelt than perch. The fries were mediocre- the very small dish of baked beans were probably the best item of the meal. It has a very nice... More

Ate at Pacino's for the complimentary breakfast, from the Best Western. They only had four options to choose from. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a disappointment for a chain. There was not enough staff in the two restaurants and the ones who were there were unfriendly.

Everything here was very good. Upper scale type atmosphere and good service. Food was hot and freshly prepared authentic Italian. Nice selection of wine as well.

Sat down, now water for 21 minutes. Once someone noticed us the waitress said "It wasn't my fault". There was..at the time..7 tables being served by 3 waitresses. It wasn't busy for a waitress to serve 2 tables. The general manager (maybe) sat at the bar looking at his phone..not helping staff which had 1 bus boy/water boy) We all... More

It has good food, however there are rarely menu changes and the specials are just usually recycled each week (or we just hit the same menu on our return visits) They offer an early dinner with smaller portions and of course smaller $$. Has a very warm and pleasant atmosphere ever at its busiest. One can easily have a conversation... More

I must say it felt a bit odd eating in a pub -in the basement- of a hotel. But the service was perfect and the food was simply yum! The staff went out of their way for us and didn't blink an eye when I requested some hot cocoa in the middle of summer for my kid. They made it... More

This is a little place at the Best Western. We got to the hotel and was tired from driving so we had dinner here. The pizza was good and the atmosphere was inviting. The next morning I believe they are the one that provide the comp breakfast for the hotel. It was a good breakfast. The eyes was cooked great.
