best seafood ever, I treat my husband for his birthday every year and take him there for all kind of seafood dishes, he does the same to me, forget it on valentine's days, you have to wait for hours until you get seated, that's how much everyone loves it

The service was good, staff was friendly abd efficient. However the prices are over budget for a family with a couple children.

It was busy so we got a buzzer, had to wait 35 min so we took a drink in the bar. It is a chain restaurant so let's say it's not fine dining but the food is very tasty and fresh. We had crab legs and fish, which was very tasty. I had a Bloody Mary at the bar and... More

On a Sunday at 15:00, my wife and I had to wait 45 minutes outside before we got seated. To our surprise, half of the restaurant was empty and numerous tables and booths available. After we got seated by our waitress, we were completely ignored for a good 25 minutes, but in the mean time, she was seating larger parties... More

We were a party of two and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated as there were several large groups ahead of us - but there were several empty tables, so maybe they were short staffed? Anyway, once we were seated, our service and food were excellent. I had shrimp, and my husband had the trio - we also... More

I was there for a business trip and we went out for diner. A good compromise if you want to have lobster, crab, shrimps for not too expensive. I recommend their Ultimate Feast where you'll get a mixture of all that for less than $30. Add a nice Sauvignon wine to that and you just be perfect. Service is at... More

We went to Red Lobster on Telegraph in Dearborn Hts. Food was really very good, even though they didn't have the Broccoli that was part of the meal and we had to pay extra for the replacement vegetable. The service was okay getting our food but,it took the waitress three tries to get the check correct. Even though our friends had... More

This review in no way is meant to reflect upon the Red Lobster Chain as we have eaten at many other Red Lobsters and almost always have an excellent experience. But this Red Lobster should be closed or needs a management change. Upon arriving we had to wait about 40 minutes. When we were finally seated I could see many... More

I live close to this Red Lobster and love their food but time after time service is poor. We always have to wait until someone even recognizes we are at the table. Once they do I usually feel like I am " bothering" them. I feel bad because they are young women who are the waitresses but I feel management... More
