We went here about 3 different times over the last couple of years. The food was ok for the price. The interior is a bit dingy and the booths seats are quite worn, but if you don't mind that you can have drinks and food fairly reasonably.

The atmosphere is quite casual as you would expect and the menu has a good selection. Only issue we had was how long it took for food to arrive. We were late in the evening and with small children, so the gap between ordering and food arriving was an irritation to the young ones. Staff is friendly and food was... More

If you want a leisurely, casual meal give this place a try. The menu is quite large with friendly wait staff. Even though it is a tavern, we felt quite comfortable taking young children.

Went to Buchanan to see the scarecrows that are throughout the town. We stopped into Mcoy Creek Tavern for a bite to eat. Small hometown bar with friendly staff. We ordered their Smoked Turkey with Applewood bacon wrap which comes with choice of tator tots or fries. Good lite wrap and good fries.

McCoy Creek Tavern is a quaint establishment nestled in downtown Buchanan MI. I have visited there several times with my wife and son's family for lunch. I highly recommend McCoy's for a quick sandwich or beer. A great neighborhood bar.

Been going here for a couple of years. On one of my first visits the bartender asked my name and although I sporadically went there, she called me by my name which I found very impressive. This is definitely a local hang out in town but staff and patrons are very friendly and there is actually a very good beer... More

As some people already mentioned, this place doesn't look like much, but the food is delicious. My wife started with a garden salad, and I ordered some medium Buffalo traditional Wings. The salad looked great, my wife said it was. The wings could go toe-to-toe with any of the best Wing joints. One of my kids got mozzarella cheese sticks,... More

Local, family owned bar. The servers are nice and everyone helps everyone. The food was tasty - prices a bit high for a small town bar. It is a bit lacking in terms of atmosphere as you can see the condiments pulled from a kitchen refrigerator right by the bathrooms - and the grill for food is clearly visible. But... More

It had been a while since we were last here. My wife and I both had burgers. They seemed to be a little smaller than our last trip but just as good. They also have a punch card for return visits. 10 purchases over $5 gets you a free burger and fries. Service tends to be a bit on the... More

This is a dark bar where they pour a small drink, stick with beer. There is not much in the way of updates and decoration. It's lively, the food is fried but it's good bar food. They have fish fries on Friday nights and you can get it the way you like it. It can be rowdy but there are... More
