This is a place meant for kids. The ice cream is good but the selection is limited. I prefer the dairy Queen. Food is good as well.

I am a first time customer at Yum Yum Tree. Not really sure I will be back. I had a breakfast platter. about the only thing i could say was ok was the eggs. The toast was heavenly buttered. Would prefer to put on my own butter. The Bacon was extremely 'old and stale' tasting. Terrible to be Honest...but i... More

There is a little train that runs around the perimeter of the dining area that is fun for kids. If you ask, they will make the sound of a train whistle. The ice cream treats are excellent. The breakfast and lunches are great as well. I've always enjoyed whatever I've ordered here.

My family has visited this restaurant several times. We have had lunch or just ice cream. While the service can be hit or miss depending on the visit; the sandwiches are good and the ice cream is great, especially the Dusty Road-vanilla ice cream with malted milk powder, hot fudge, and whipped cream. Yum.

We went here to get a nice dinner and and ice cream. Being twenty year residents of Brighton, we always loved The Yum Yum tree. We haven't been there for awhile, but decided to go there tonight. The menu consisted of three things. A turkey panini, a chicken salad wrap and some sort of spinach thing. I ordered the turkey... More

Went to the yum yum tree for dinner and dessert. The menu has changed. Overall the food was adequate. I ordered a special, which was a hummus vegetable wrap. This and the tomato basil soup was very good. Our kids got the kids Caesar salad, which was fine, and the kids cheeseburger, which wasn't....it was very small, and in the... More

It's really too bad your menu is very limited now. My granddaughters and I came in to have our favorites but they are not available anymore! Your menu for children is very limited, thanks for the great food you used to have, time to find another restaurant that has more to offer!

Our friend who grew up in Brighton recommended we stop here on our way to Lansing and we are glad we did. The perfect mix of hometown ambiance and quick and efficient service made our out-of-the-way stop worth it. We ordered a small lunch but then came the piece-de-resistance.....the "Puffer!" Scoops of ice cream in a cream puff covered with... More

This is a cute family friendly little cafe. It has a train that goes around and a train theme. The food was just average. They are known more for their deserts which are mostly ice cream.
