This is a nice pub. Decent beer selection and good tavern style food. It's a nice walk from our house and Birmingham has a nice downtown. Our waitress, Robin was attentive and had a great personality. We will be pleased to return!

I don't get out here as often as I used to, I moved an hour away. I make sure to stop in whenever I'm in the area. I refer to it as the "anti-Birmingham" bar. This place is not pretentious. It's a great place to...More

Fried pickles were excellent, not greasy. Creamy chicken soup was more of a thick stew and very good. Rueben was good + but could have used more meat. Great interior.

The atmosphere is always good regardless of the time of the year. Food is very good. Much better than a lot of similar places in the area, and priced well too. It's been a solid place for year and still is.

Sat on the patio and enjoyed the cars going by. Good hearty food. Watch out for the onion rings!!! WOW, never had rings so battered and big! I thought it was an order of fish and chips! Beer was good and cold and server was...More

I am vegetarian and made it very specific to the server that we are "very strict " vegetarian. No meat , fish before placing the order. First order came out and it had chicken underneath the food. Very rude on their part. No apology ....More
