I enjoyed the beer and the food. The atmosphere is like a bar and service was excellent. They only serve there own beers.

You have to love this place from the moment you first walk in-----that's if you could find it. From the outside, it looks as though they're closed or moved away. The entrance is between 2 vacated stores. When you walk in, you're swept in by the aroma of the smokers. They supposedly make all of their own beer. I started... More

We went here during March Madness and were able to watch the games we wanted while sipping on some delicious beer. They had an extensive beer menu and all of the ones we tried were delicious.

The beer "shipwreck porter" very good. The service good. The BBQ sauces were good. The brisket... Not so much, only got 3 thin slices that were dry, chewy, and not very warm. You need the sauces. Skip the brisket! I cook brisket on my own smoker and have had brisket at numerous BBQ joints. The serving amount as well as... More

Arcadia in Battle Creek has the best pizza, wood-fired in a brick oven. Great appetizers and specials as well.

We love Arcadia Ales and frequent the Battle Creek restaurant (as well as several other brew pubs in the area). It was nice to finally make it to the new Arcadia in Kalamazoo for drinks and dinner. The new restaurant is sleek and well designed. The windows towards the river gave us a great view! And as always the beer... More

I love this place and their beers but my visit tonight after traveling 350+ miles left alot to be desired. I was greeted(not really by the bartender, "An") and ordered a beer. I was served the beer and never asked if I wanted a menu. Had to wait until my first beer was almost done when I was asked if... More

This was our first visit to Arcadia. Was there on a Thursday, mid afternoon, and the atmosphere was very nice. Very friendly staff. Didn't have any food, but there is a nice beer selection. Will definitely go back when we get the chance.

Nice selection of beer, good pizza and burgers. Noisy place and overall food was so-so. But a nice oasis in a what is generally a gritty downtown in a rust-belt city. Maybe best thing is the place is so loud and open, going with kids is ideal and easy.

Located in the main drag in downtown Battle Creek, the original Arcadia Brewing Company boasts a cozy, classic pub style. Handcrafted award-winning British-inspired ales fuse with innovative and eclectic wood-fired cuisine and brick-oven pizzas.

For over 20 years, Arcadia Ales has been committed to a British Inspired – American Brewed stable of beers. We aspire to brew beers that achieve brilliance through balance – ales that satisfy the senses with complex flavor while providing pure refreshment that leaves you wanting more.

In 1996, our first 25 barrel batch was brewed on a Brick Kettle Brewing System from England at our Battle Creek, MI location. Fast-forward – today every batch is produced in our 50 barrel American-made brewhouse at our Kalamazoo Riverfront Brewery, Pub and Garden. Our 20th Anniversary in 2016 ushered in a new era of brewing possibilities with the installation of two new 100bbl closed fermentation tanks giving us the ability to use new yeast strains while we continue to brew classic Arcadia Ales using our distinctive, proprietary yeast strain in our traditional, open fermenters. The ability to brew with new yeast strains opens up the Arcadia Brewing Company portfolio of offerings, allowing our brewers to be creative in ways that were not previously accessible and broadening the scope of beers produced. With these changes, we still keep our promise to use only the finest domestic and English malted barley, along with the highest quality hops available from the Pacific Northwest and Michigan.

While we take great pride in Arcadia’s ales, our pubs and kitchens have built up a mighty fine reputation of their own. Arcadia in Battle Creek has become a favorite for BBQ made fresh daily on our Southern Pride smoker as well as wood fired pizzas made in a brick oven from Italy. If you can’t make up your mind about trying the BBQ or the pizza, don’t worry. Just order the BBQ Chicken or Pork pizza and get your hands on both.
