I love their breakfast sandwiches. They are made with fresh ingredients. They are made to order never made ahead of time. You have to order a latte while you are at it. Much better than the national chains.

The Railroad Cafe is housed in a beautifully restored depot with a daily Amtrak train to and from Chicago. You can grab a tasty drink made to order. My favorite eats are the salads (Very Berry is the BEST)

I couldn't have possibly been any happier with this place. The woman at the counter was amazing and helpful, the prices are great and the food was just the best. I'm convinced its not possible to order anything off the menu without loving it. If I lived in the area I'd eat here every single time I needed a restaurant.... More

First time there and I was so impressed. What a wonderful restoration and fun spot for a road trip for coffee and lunch. I plan on going over for a "color tour" and stopping there and just hangin out!! love it. The gal was so very helpful and let us do a tour of the rest of the building. The... More

I had a mug of coffee here with a friend when I was in town. The mug allows one complementary refill. I had the dark roast and he had the light roast. The service was good. We came about 11:00 and there was one other patron. A few minutes later a freight train stopped and the engineer stopped in for... More

A wonderful little coffee shop that is also the Amtrack Station. Good coffee. They also have wonderful sandwiches and always have a special (which you can often find on facebook). I like that I can call ahead an order a sandwich and have it ready to pick up on my way through Bangor. The other morning my wife and I... More

Pulled into town and thought we'd check this place out - wow, were we surprised. Great chicken salad wraps, salads were had! They serve sandwiches, soups, etc until 4pm. The young lady who helped us was the most friendly and enthusiastic person - just right for this fine place. We would strongly recommend this stop in the old railroad station.... More

Cozy place to have coffe and lunch with friends. Bangor is known to be "Train City USA" so for the Cafe to be in the old Depot is so appropriate. The Depot was also once the home of the "Kalamazoo Toy Train Factory" where #1 Guage Trains were made. You can sit and have lunch or coffee and every once... More

Railroad Cafe serves all the specialty coffee drinks that you'd find at one of those high dollar coffee shops in the larger cities...They serve a large selections of sandwiches, soups, salads and many drink specials....They even have ice cream in the warmer months! It's a great stop when passing through town to go to the beach!
