My husband and I are year-round Cape residents and love the Old Yarmouth Inn (we eat there at least one a month if not more). The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is quintessential old Cape Cod. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. There's simply no other restaurant like it on Cape!

Dinner with 6 family and friends. The Old Yarmouth Inn is incredibly charming, the oldest inn on Cape Cod I believe is the moniker. They have a very good wine list and wines by the glass that pair very well with the cuisine. I had the field green salad, 1/2 dozen Wellfleet oysters and the duck. The oysters had a... More

On the Cape for Labor Day & have gone here twice. The old world charm, pleasant staff, wonderful drinks & superb food make it worth the trip. The Sea foods are scrumptious, get the bisque, good bread = good everything else. They differentiate the experience from the Dining room or Tavern. It has a different menu and I haven't eaten... My husband I had dinner at this quaint, and charming, restaurant our 1st night on the Cape. There is a tavern area, as well as a main dining room. I had a wonderful crab cake appetizer, and then a boiled lobster. My husband had lamb. Everything was prepared nicely, and the food was quite good. We found the restaurant to... More

Fist time visit. Early dinner. Greeted by friendly Hostess. Dining room well appointed and clean. Nice views of neighborhood from the dining room. Service a bit slow, but food was worth it. From bread basket to appetizers to entrees, all were very tasty. A bit pricey, but to be expected on The Cape. Casual dining at its best on the... More

I was here in May with a friend and found the owners and staff to be warm and welcoming. I knew I would be returning in late summer with my daughter and family. My grandchildren are 3 and 5. Four couples from an off cape town who all now live in different areas decided to meet on the cape. Being the locals we suggested the Old Yarmouth Inn. The food, relaxed pace of the meal and staff made for an excellent reunion. The staff even took several group photos for us

We live only a few miles from The Old Yarmouth Inn and are very grateful for that. We always recommend it to friends and know that we when we go, it will not disappoint. Built in 1696, this is the kind of restaurant which I allow myself to patronize on special occasions. The ambiance is lovely, if you eat in the Pub and not the main dining room (be sure to make reservations for the pub side, though). It seems to me a better place for a cozy winter dinner, but I enjoyed it... More

We were seated promptly, seven of us. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is classy, but casual. Food was excellent. A bit pricey, but one of the fine dining restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the ambiance - classy but not snobby.
