Dinner was on an early Friday night so the atmosphere wasn't crazy, which was a good thing because I get the impression that it gets quite noisy on a full night. The starter which was a goat cheese platter was delicious. The main entrees were the steak frites and hamburger; both to be prepared medium rare. The hamburger which was... More

So we have driven by this place multiple times. Finally stopped in and we were not disappointed. Just for apps. Wife had bacon mac and cheese...very good. I had mussels. I had all I could do to not pick up the bowl and slurp the broth when I finished the mussels....with thin slices of Andouille throughout and a big chunk... More

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend at Hops and Vines. Delicious curried chicken salad and the Mac and cheese is marvelous. Also enjoyed the butternut squash appetizer with warm pita bread. Good service from Hannah and a glass of Spy Sauvignon Blanc made our ladies lunch here a pleasure.

Full bar and excellent menu. Specials are very good. Attentive service and cozy brick wall and table decor. Great for dates. Quiet atmosphere but can get busy.

We went out for dinner in town, late, in USA is difficult. Modern and relaxed atmosphere, reasonable service. Modern food, alleged author, median, but reasonable given the time and the fact that we are in a small village in the countryside. Share squids, then eat fried chicken and shrimps grilled, modern presentation, reasonable flavour; with a bottle of wine cost... More

The food here is culinary restaurant quality. The staff were very formal for a bar setting but that was ok. I had fried chicken which was excellent and unlike any I have had before. It came with mashed potatoes and kale. The kale was a little dry. I had the small portion of ice cream for dessert.

This was our second trip and the beer flight has been excellent both times. Knowledgeable staff give good recommendations and there is good diversity of beers and a few ciders on tap. Food is generally creative, with local items. Well-plated, appropriate portion sizes so you can still fit dessert.

Possibly the best burger I've ever eaten. I've eaten a lot of burgers! The beer list was long and a bit esoteric. The server wasn't too knowledgeable about the beers, but they let me taste some to make my decision. I loved this place.

Nice selection of craft beer. Friendly and knowledgeable bar man. Supporting local MA brewers. Cool decor.
