Soup is served in place of an appetizer. Just to make sure, I asked for the soup to arrive first. The soup arrived with the meal.

Really great restaurant. Excellent food and service . Staff very welcoming and attentive. No hesitation in recommending.
We visited on a Friday evening, which I understand is exceptionally busy. They do have a fairly good call ahead system, where you check in when you arrive, and then can stay in your vehicle until your table is ready. Our wait was supposed to...be 45 minutes, but we waited an hour and 30 minutes to be seated. At least we were kept informed of the wait by the texts. We ordered drinks, which came out timely and then the food, which was barely cooked, even though ordered as medium (two different steaks the same way). The top of the very thin filet was cooked, but the bottom was raw. We did not send them back because we had waited so long for the food, and we didn't want to wait any longer for them to do it correctly. I suspect in the busyness they just wanted to get the food out and didn't take care of how things looked or were being cooked. Since both were done the same way, it does not appear to be a random mistake but just inattention to important detail.More
Utilizing their call ahead feature we waited only 5 minutes to be seated on a busy Saturday night. The selection and quality of the steaks is very good. Salads are good, and the warm bread is very nice. Service is excellent and the pricing is...good. This is a family favorite for us.More
visiting with colleagues last week, quick and smooth service, had the “outlaw ribeye”, great taste ! will definitely visit again
I've been here a few times with my family, and the food is always good. I enjoy their hot bread, which they bring out before the meal. I got the sirloin, which was cooked the way I like it. I also thought the service was...good. The LongHorn is always dependable for a good meal, and I enjoy the atmosphere.More
Make it simple, been by a few times. Stayed down the street at the Fairfield inn. Decided to give it a shot. This was late lunch. Nice atmosphere. Sat right away, drinks right away, food within 20 min. Not bad at all. Bar area also....Would go again. .More
Good steak. very equivalent to other Longhorn restaurants. Steak was good and the bread was warm and good.
My husband and I went out for dinner. We called ahead so our wait was minimal. It was very busy and the service was good. I had a yummy sirloin and my husband a t-bone. All in all no complaints.
Ordered the sirloin combo with grilled shrimp with a chopped salad, broccoli and baked potato. Sirloin was rare, tender and tasty. Half the shrimp and broccoli will be lunch tomorrow.
We are super picky eaters and expect to go out to enjoy food equal to, if not better than home cooked deliciousness. We were surprised to find their steak and steak knives surpass the almighty Bancroft. The steak was cooked perfectly med-rare juicy and flavor...filled with just the right amount of char. the knives were nice and sharp allowing us to easily cut into that lovely perfectly cooked steak. the perfect margarita was great, the french onion soup was amazing and the steakhouse mac & cheese delicious. On top of that service was great, friendly, & efficient. I'm so happy for the first time in months to leave a restaurant happy and completely satisfied.More
My husband and I thought we were going out to eat dinner TOGETHER lol nope My shrimp dinner came out like warm my husbands salmon was raw They took his back to finish cooking Didn’t do anything for me But after 10 mins I started...to eat After at least 10 more mins out cam the Manager with the dinner burnt and dry and said it’s in me Ya got that right but he still charged me for my cool shrimp dinner So sad with all the places to eat around that this still happensMore
I would never visit this place again. i took my wife here and told her how good it was and the experience was horrible and i vowed never to go back
We were in Tewksbury for a funeral. 4 of us were looking for a place to get dinner. The hotel front desk suggested Longhorn. It is a good chain and as I am gluten free I knew I could get a safe meal there. The...food was excellent. The drinks were prepared just right. Our waiter suffers from Celiacs so was very attentive to my gluten free needs. I think Longhorn is the best of the moderately priced chain steak places.More
Do not call ahead, they offer it but they don’t honor it. We visited this restaurant as a special occasion for my wife. We called ahead, and when we got here 15 minutes had already passed, we arrived. They gave us a pager and we...continued to wait for 40 minutes longer. I finally asked, and they basically forgot about us. Finally we got seated, ordered simple club soda with limes, they brought us club sodas with lemons, Ok it’s time to order, The food was good, service was good, the check was reasonably. The sad part is, the are only first impressions once, and the seating staff really did not show the attention of the rest.. other then that, don’t call ahead, it is a false promise!!More
