We held my birthday party at the Wayside Inn in the Ford Room. For starters, the grounds are magnificent. I cannot begin to say how overwhelmed I was by the positives. The waitress, Marina, went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything was to our liking. The food was fantastic; even the vegetarian option was tasty. The... More

I've been a huge fan of the Wayside in for many years. I grew up in neighboring Marlborough MA and frequented this location for all types of meetings and gatherings - including my own Wedding and Reception. This year was the first year the Inn offered a buffet option. I wish there was a single word adjective that would do... More

My husband and I heard of this place from the boyfriend of a co-worker and decided to stop in for dinner. We called ahead and they told us how long it would take us to get there from where we were and they were right! They sat us right away. The staff is very friendly. It's a really wonderful setting.... This is for the breakfast only - PERFECT Eggs Benedict, the little fried potato croquet is yummy! What an excellent way to eat in this historic old Inn without breaking the bank.

The Wayside Inn is normally a delightful place to eat and to relax with friends. This trip we were served food that was cold with cold gravy, which was disappointing. The lobster rolls are usually a good bet and you don't have to worry about the temperature! I think that there were too many orders for the turkey or the wait... More

I had dinner here with some friends. We loved the colonial decor - paintings and architecture. Many of the rooms are like they were over 200 years ago. And the food is also excellent.

A great place to eat and they have very well kept the colonial atmosphere. I often go fro the Yankee Post Roast and Indian pudding for dessert. On Sundays there is a full meal page at the back of the menu and they are great bargains.

This is the second time coming to this hotel, and definitely not the last. This hotel is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and very walkable, giving you an opportunity to reflect on all the history.

We went for our anniversary again this year as we have for many years. We both had prime rib and I think it was the best I ever had. Wait staff pleasant.
