Well, we made it again this year and as usual, most of the crowd is from previous years. It is like a family reunion for a lot of us. We sat at the bar this year and totally enjoyed the action at the bar and...More
Driving down Commercial Street Loki g for parking and a place to eat we happened upon a space and Jimmy’s Hideaway. A favorite of mine my friend had never been before. Luckily being a Saturday night in early December we were able to get right...More
As several people have pointed out, not the cheapest restaurant in town, but certainly worth a visit. First service is first rate and warm. The perfect combination of ‘home’ and professionalism. Food choices are good and gratefully not too many choices. Portions are very generous,...More
Jimmy is the best bartender; although, they are all great. The food is pretty amazing and we enjoy eating at the bar, the most. Consistently good food, surprisingly fast service, and THE BEST local conversation, anywhere!
I went to Jimmy's Hideaway for the first time and I will definitely be back. The food was superb and the service was excellent as well. In addition, the host was warm and welcoming. The items ordered were the Tofu Wings, Corn Crab cakes, Tofu...More
Had a Friday night dinner. Made a reservation and would highly recommend -saw several people turned away. Seated quickly with happy servers. Drinks were very good. Got the Calamari to start - seasoned well and perfectly cooked. All entrees were great! Will go again
Jimmy’s has consistently the best food in Provincetown. The staff is super friendly and you feel like it is a dinner with friends. The filet entree and mussels appetizer are amazing. So are the scallops.
I'm a local friend and patron of these owners. I cannot say enough about there dedication to making this place 100%. All restaurant owners should take a lesson from Jimmy , and Raphe. The recipes have changed this year and they are better than ever....More

Sorry to get this so late! I can't access comments and questions on my iPad, which is how I access Trip Advisor most of the time. Jimmy's was closing for a spring break on the Sunday of President's Weekend, but I'm not sure when they plan on re-opening. I would recommend calling them directly. Perhaps they left a recorded message to indicate a re-opening date. When you go - and if you like seafood - try their Portuguese cod, which is one of their signature dishes!
