The burritos are ginormous! The tempeh and the steak in the burrito was very flavorful. They aren’t heavy (that is, not overladen with cheese) but one burrito easily can feed two people. Efficient and friendly.

What can I say? I love Bueno today as much as I did in my days at UMass in the late 90's. (Actually, more.) I crave it all the time, making this review hard to write, what with all the photos! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is excellent, the atmosphere clean and comfortable, and the variety... More

When we are sick of the sandwiches or burgers, we like to head here for a filling and healthy burrito (and taco) fix. Sometimes I go traditional with the beans and rice, but sometimes I spice it up with some chickpeas or sauteed spinach and garlic.Lots of healthy add-ins and substitutions without extra costs. Lives up to its name (good... More

Needed a quick stop for food. this was recommended by friends that live in the area. perfect for lunch, food was great you order and pick up at counter. We had more then enough to eat. no bar, just seltzers and sodas, but that was fine.

I always get the east west or the standard burrito and you can never go wrong. They are quick and efficient and they always have a line so be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes.

Their food is always great. And cheap!! Today I ordered a "Black Bean Taco" that ended up resembling a half burrito and very filling. For $2.95! Definitely enjoy their tomatillo salsa. One of my faves.

Ok, all the locals know about Bueno y Sano. The food is pretty good overall. The food is NOT as good as at La Veracruzana, but that doesn't mean you can't have a good meal here. My favorite item used to be the cajun catfish tacos. One day, the CAT in CATFISH had been conspicuously covered over on the menu,... More

Once upon a time, Bueno Y Sano was only in Amherst, and it was good. Since those years, they have opened additional restaurants in the area, and with that, I am afraid they have strayed from what made them good. My wife and I came here, and left disappointed. The food was on the cold side, did;t exactly agree with... More

This was not my first trip here, but the first time I have had the smoked brisket taco. OMGoodness. Don't expect the fast-food kind of taco in the crisp yellow stand-up shell. These are served on real corn tortillas with real south of the border sides and garnishes. They also have burritos and other tempting goodies. All good! AND they... More
