We drove up to MassMoCA from Boston so we arrived at lunch time. Lickety Split lived up to their name by providing fast, convenient lunch service. The salads were very fresh.

Museums can be really good or really bad. This place was really good. It is an order and pay at the counter, so very informal. They bring the food to your table when its ready. A little pricey, but what museum isn't. Great for stopping...More

I visited this cafe for breakfast at the FreshGrass festival. The atmosphere was very good, and it was exciting seeing the stage in Courtyard C get set up. I had the tomato and basil quiche, and it was very good. I also had an orange...More

Lickety Split is located just off the entrance to MASS MoCA and is the perfect spot for brunch, lunch or a light dinner while touring the collection or for a cup of tea to regroup and read all the brochures.

I had several lunches and coffee breaks at the museum. The food was terrific - especially interesting soups and quiches. I didn't have the signature ice cream, but it looked good! There were an amazing selection of loose leaf teas, interested brewed iced teas, fresh...More

I visited this cafe for the RayLaMontagne and Neko Case show at the very end of June. The music playing as we ate was pleasant and soft enough for chitchat. I had the Thai burrito as my pre-show dinner, and it was very good. The...More

Second time eating here. Terrible food, rude staff, no attention to hygiene. Bare hands all over the food. It will take you forever to order, get your food, tell them it's the wrong food, ask for another sandwich without a hair in it. Meanwhile, your...More

Don't be concerned if you get to MassMoCA hungry! In fact, don't spend valuable time you will want to spend inside this space by stopping elsewhere to eat breakfast or lunch. Eggs, burritos, sandwiches, salads, desserts, drinks, and more! And the ingredients appear to have...More
