We stopped by Saturday night at a local pub where you can always count on a good meal. Paddy's crowd is a mixed group of families with young children and couples. We arrived about 6:30 and while I was parking the car my wife checked in with the hostess who said it would be a 20-30' wait.Paddy's does not accept... More

Was in town for a visit on St. Patrick's day so what better way to celebrate than look for an Irish pub. We got there about 9pm and found plenty of seats at the bar which I thought was lucky but soon realized it wasn't crowded for a reason. The bartender wasn't exactly rude but just unpleasant enough to let... More

Paddy's is the O'Hara sister restaurant and I like both of them. Paddy's is a nice place to eat solo, with family, friend and business occasion. I decided to order their Cobb salad and I have to say that it was really fresh and good. My husband ordered their fantastic hamburger that I also tried in the past: maybe it's... More

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant for lunch in Newton, saw Paddy's, and gave it a try. It is an authentic Irish pub and made us feel like we were in Ireland. My husband had the corned beef sandwich, and I had great beef stew recommended by the waiter. I would definitely return.

Our waiter never introduced himself or let us know of any specials, he instead through a sheet down on the table with the night's features. He seemed as though he did not want to be there and after a while neither did we. The chicken parmigiana had no sauce and the pasta with chicken and sun dried tomatoes lacked in... More

Paddy's Pub always delivers on the service and the food! Although the food isn't fancy fair it is always consistent with good sized portions. You can't go wrong with their burgers or the fish and chips. The wait staff are always friendly and service is great. The prices can't be beat!

Nice place for a relaxed dinner with beer and stew, although the stew lacked real taste. Founders stout is good.Haddock with brussel sprouts is good but mashed potatoes just OK. We both enjoyed sharing the tasty carrot cake. Good service..

Same food, same awesome menu, extensive GF selections. Slightly better run that O'Hara's, in that the plates never come out wrong. Also slightly more tucked away than its sister so a bit easier to get into. City parking lot right across the street. A little less cougar action at the bar so it doesn't feel so weird walking in with... More

Went on the advice of, what else, Trip Advisor. Excellent find. We went for lunch. I had the pastrami sandwich, the O'Brien, and sweet potato fries. My friend had fish & chips. Delicious. Atmosphere is warm with friendly staff and good music. Highly recommend this venue.
