I like it, eat here often, and wish they would be brave enough to cook in a more authentic Jalisco style, como La Tomate Taqueria en Guadelajara. Tasty, generous portions. Friendly, prompt service. The alcoholic drinks are quite popular. Ay, Jalisco no te rajes los norteamericanos aman su comida.

I go here all the time with family when in town visiting for the day. It's a great place and usually quiet during the day. The queso dip is excellent for a starter to share. I really enjoy the enchiladas, however would recommend staying with the chicken. Usually someone in our group orders the chicken tortilla soup and it's always... More

The food was typical mexican...we went around 1:30 in the afternoon on Monday. The place was empty...but again, past noon. Very bright and cheerful and clean! Wait was very short and the food came out quickly. I do feel that there was too much salt on my meal but that is my fault for not letting them know, no add... More

Nice little restaurant in a small shopping strip near the post office. I've ate here a few times for lunch and have always enjoyed the food and service. I highly recommend the queso dip as a starter with the warm chips and homemade salsa. The only issue is the shredded beef is more chunky than shredded, but tasty nonetheless. Best... More

I Was looking online for a New Mexican Restaurant to try in my area. It was beteween Casa Corona and another close by. Glad I chose Casa. This place is in a very unusual part of Marblehead. It's in a resedential neighborhood. Lots of nice homes and this hole in the wall beteween them. It is very Mexican from the... More

When you think of Marblehead, you typically think of seafood and not Mexican fare, But I have to tell you that a visit to Casa Corona is a trip into old Mexico. The food is delicious and the prices quite reasonable. And the margaritas? Oh, yeah, those incredible maragaritas :-)

The food is so very good here. The tortilla chips were crisp and not salty or oily. The hand shaken margarita was excellent. The beef and chicken fajitas were delicious and it came with corn tortillas, which I prefer. The guacamole was also very tasty. It was so much food, so I took some home. My husband's burrito was huge,... More

I was visiting friends in Salem and they took me here. I was surprised to find such a nice Mexican restaurant in this part of the country. I had seafood burrito and a terrific margarita. I liked the decor too!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Portions are large and I can often make two meals out of it and the prices are good. They also have takeout.
