We're staying in the hotel and it was a cold and blustery night and decided to eat in. We were seated promptly. It was a little noisy with a boisterous father celebrating one of his kids birthday with family. Waitress was good. My wife had a great meal but I selected a turkey pie. I found the "turkey" tasted bland... More

I have been here multiple times on Friday nights for the Prime Rib Dinner Special. It's pretty good. The only improvement I could recommend is more sides (ie: vegetable dishes). All in all the prime rib is very tasty and the service I find is very good. I haven't been in a few months, but once the weather cools down... More

Lots of variety on the menu and a friendly attentive staff to fill all your needs. The food is very good, the drinks also very good.

We stayed at the Colonial Hotel for 4 nights and also ate at the Grille which was excellent for breakfast and dinner. We had the all you can eat Prime Rib which was outstanding.

The Colonial Inn called us to see if we would be interested in making a reservation for Mothers day buffet, we had gone twice before and it was very good. This time was not as good, the French toast stick very hard to chew, ham was very fatty, ran out of Turkey, mashed and claim chowder excellent.a month, no Haddock,... More

The Colonial Grill is not the best place but the staff are friendly. Meal are a little more than the quality of the meal but it does provide a meal. Give it a try it might be your cup of tea.

We ate several meals here as we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights over New Years. I would avoid the steak as it wasn't the same quality as a good steak house. There were a few decent salads. They had a dinner buffet one night. I only had the salad bar which included lettuce, cucumbers, and the rest of... More

Good food, good value, good service. Some of the food was standard pub fair but they did have some other interesting choices.

We were here on a Sunday around 4 pm for a late lunch/early dinner. Since it was Sunday, they offered the lunch and dinner menu. One of us had the New England Chowder and we both had fish and chips. The food was excellent, the chowder was average and the service was excellent. It wasn't busy at the time.
