We ate lunch there while in the area. Friendly staff, good food, and a great selection of brews. My wife loved the lentil salad with shrimp, and the pulled pork sandwich was also very good. Good fries too. Better than your average brew pub.

If your at the Natick Mall and need a quick lunch or after shopping dinner then John Harvard's a good choice. With the NCAA, Red Sox and World Baseball Classic a lot of TV to see on a Saturday. There are plenty of TV's to watch. Menu is pretty simply pub faire. I had chicken parm and my wife opted... More

Disappointing. I've eaten at the John Harvard's when it was in Harvard Square, which I've enjoyed, but not for years. So, I don't know if JH has gone down hill in general or if it is just the Framingham location. I went with a friend for lunch. We split the fried pickles (which were nice), and I had the macaroni... Typical Pub fare, good beer assortment. Was disappointed that the brewer changed the Harvest Spice formula for the beer that I have enjoyed for many years. Last two times I have sat at the bar for dinner, have had to fight drain flies out of my drink and food.

When I hear John Harvards, what I hear is time away from my busy schedule to enjoy dinner with those I care about. John Harvard's isn't the best at any one category. Be it the design of the restaurant, to their service, food, location or anything else that's worth recognizing; but they do it all exceptionally well. Which I believe... More

I have gone to this restaurant multiple times. Never had a bad meal. The portions are generous and made just as you order them. If not, they do not question and take it back and make it to your perfection. With a smile! Beers are awesome...

I was here in mid January with a couple of my former students for lunch. The food was excellent and the beers cold and a great variety also. They did not rush you as we were catching up on old times and just wanted to sit and relax while we were eating. The atmosphere was pub style which I liked... More

For me this place is good value for money and always consistent It is child friendly and has a children's menu. I don't drink beer but am told by my fellow dinners that it is excellent.

Ordered a neat martini and bartender delivered a 1/2 filled traditional sized martini glass. I asked how it was made and they make a 2 oz martini. I sent it back and ordered a burger which was so-so - not great, just average. Wouldn't go here again.
