We ate a late lunch here and all four of us thought our meals were delious. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our newbie questions about clams, lobster rolls and chowder. Our girls had their first meal of fried clams and both enjoyed it, and said they would order again if given the chance. My husband and... More

Farnham's is an old fashioned fried fish place. The fish is local, fresh and really good. I love their Clam Chowder. You can eat out on picnic tables and look out over the salt marshes, it's a pretty view.

Simply the best! And it can all be made better when you can reach Farnham's by boat! We usually head there on an incoming tide. The chowder, fried clam plate, cole slaw are a MUST! The lobster rolls are made the right way- lots of meat, very little mayo on a toasted roll! We have never been disappointed. And the... More

A great place for lunch during the week. It's too popular the rest of the time. Terrific fried clams and onion wings. Friendly staff and quick service.

Wow. Cannot believe how good the food is here. The place looks nice enough from outside but nothing special. It's kinda ordinary inside - casual dining I suppose you'd call it - and the prices are not especially cheap. It was also cold the night we were in. None of that matters though, order the clams and realise you found... More

Shrimp, scallops, fish taco and lobster rolls along with a side of french fries and onion rings served and satisfied four adults. Delicious!

Order at the counter - folk s are friendly and very helpful. Clam Strip plate with small sides (very small) was $16 - clams came fried to perfection - sides (two come with the plate) were ok, but not noteworthy. But then again you don't go for the sides. Parking at the height of the season can be challenging but... More

They take your order, cook your food and wait for you to collect it and eat it. What could be simpler. Such a special little place reminiscent of a past age where food places just provided food. Well worth it if you are passing.
