Cash only, horrible attitude and service, & I got sick after eating one of the breakfast sandwiches. Did I mention the employees are rude and total snobs

This is a small well run restaurant that makes you feel like one of the locals. Stools at a counter and a menu on the wall - nothing fancy, and the food is good!

This place is about as wide as your living room with about 15 stools at a bar. The service was quick with no frills. You can be in and out with a full belly in no time. Great location and reasonable prices. A different pace than most of Edgartown.

Not to be missed! Early in the morning, get a breakfast sandwich from the Dock Street Coffee Shop and walk to the pier. Eating a delicious breakfast while watching the Chapp Ferry and other boats is just about perfect.

It's a cute little old diner with a long counter so you sit side by side facing the grill. The staff is all about feeding your pie hole, and the food is typical old fashioned unhealthy breakfast fare, so if you're looking for healthy options look elsewhere. The food is consistent, hot, not a lot of frills, and you get... More

Casual dining in the heart of Edgartown. This small place has excellent salads, egg dishes, et al. Had a good meal here on a rainy day.

By far our best dining experience on the Island this week. Met the owner and her sister, Irene (washing dishes). SUPER friendly. Not fake friendly like you might be with a tourist. Food was awesome. Hash and eggs, French toast, great coffee. Small, one counter diner, so you may have a wait. Price is right. Leave a big tip, this... More

Imagine a place where the owner/ grill cook turned around and told Barbara Walters and Mike Wallace and other famous people to skedaddle once they're done with breakfast, while others are lined up out the door. Now THAT's history. Though the VIPS mostly stick to their up island compounds now, this place hasn't changed. Simple diner food. Perfect if you're... More

We went to the Dock Street Coffee Shop because our hotel gave us breakfast vouchers. It was very good. Ate here two mornings and everything was great. It is a family run business and all take pride in the food they serve. Simple place with counter seats only, no tables.

Oh, what a fab little diner. Great service, perfectly cooked eggs. We stumbled across this place whilst wandering about the deserted island in the rain. Nothing open apart from this little 'gem' so well done and thank you to the delightful ladies working there. Sit at the counter, chat, enjoy!
