We lucked out and heard about this gem while vacationing in FLORIDA! Our server at a Florida restaurant talked about the best restaurants on the Cape & suggested this - I'm so glad I didn't forget about it! Food, drinks, service- all fantastic!

They have wonderful food! They just expanded the restaurant so there is a good amount of seating for a small restaurant. We have never needed a reservation although they prefer that you get one. I predict by summer 2017 you'll have to get reservations. We eat here when it's a special occasion, fine dining without any pretentiousness.

Last night my wife and I celebrated her birthday at Pecorino Romano. It was our first visit since the restaurant expanded and remodeled. What a superb choice we made! All was warm and welcoming the moment we walked in the door. Our table by the window looking out on historic Old King's Highway was ideal. Too bad it wasn't snowing,... More

The food was good and we have a waiter named Caesar who was very attentive. We were seated in the newly opened section. Everything was great and we will be back for sure.

Prix Fixe has always been a real value, but times change. The asparagus with prosciutto lost 2 of the 3 normal slices of the famous ham. The entrees were just average. In the past we would trade bites. Not this time. We hope they recover their former form. It used to be our favorite Italian restaurant.

The food quality has always been great at this restaurant -- it just didn't seem like a real restaurant. From the street, it looked closed when it was actually open and one entered from the rear in what looked like the kitchen door. Now it is twice the size and there are many bigger tables, and the bar is huge.... More

This was our first visit to Pecorino Romano (Tuscan) Restaurant and plan to follow it with more. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and then were treated to scrumptious hot fresh baked bread with herb infused olive oil, simply delicious. After seconds of bread, we had lick-your-plate veal parmesan and veal marsala entrees with home-made pasta.

This feels like one of those "best kept secrets" on the Cape. The food is fantastic, the service is good, and the price is reasonable. Don't miss the cannoli! Mangia!

We've eaten in the area several times over the past few years prior to going to the Cape Playhouse or the Cape Cod Cinema. Last evening our party of three decided to go to Pecorino Romano. We managed to order before 5:30 and took advantage of their fixed price dinner for $25, which is a nice deal because it includes... More

Service was excellent. Setting is cozy. Food is good. Six of us enjoyed dinner. All would have tweaked our meals a bit. Vegetable Risotto a bit bland but nice and creamy. Caprese Roma also good but tomatoes a bit under ripe, disappointing this time of year. Lobster in Pasta a bit tough. Wine and cocktail offerings good and varied.
