I was her on Saint Patrick's Day! What a great time! Live Irish music and joyful time had by all! This was not the day to have lunch, but to drink and be merry! I have been in on other days and had great traditional Irish fare. The portions a generous and service is great. I like to sit at... More

Fun, lively atmosphere, guitarist on a saturday afternoon; complimentary home made potato chips to start off the table. Probably the best french fires I've had anywhere and the turkey club sandwich was delicious. Nice for lunch or a casual pub dinner, good for families probably on the earlier side; large bar area.

Great Irish pub with Irish and some American dishes like chowder and fish and chips. Some nights have entertainment.

This is one of my favorite Irish pubs! I come here fairly regularly. Love the bartender and the food. I always order the bangers and mash--ask for Coleman's mustard! Wash this down with a great beer--and you will not be disappointed! We decided to ride our bikes in from the suburbs on a recent weekend. It was raw and cold... More

Almost everyone loves a pub and this place should be a winner. The owners run several pubs in downtown Boston so they come from a strong background of relative success in a tough business. Sadly, the lack of a good chef takes "Mr. Dooleys" at the knees. The place is well-decorated and cozy but that is where the good news... More

Great fish and chips and a nice selection of beers on tap. Lots of Irish pub specialties, and reasonable prices. Friendly staff, and place locals come and hang out.

There were 7 of us for dinner. Our server was a bit confused. It took her quite a while to get our drink order. The drinks came one by one and a few had to be sent back. Five of us got our dinners at the same time. The other two were served more than 10 minutes later . She... More

My husband and I stopped in for dinner before attending the South Shore Music Tent for the evening. Did not have to wait, although there were alot of people inside probably because of a wedding that would be going on across the street. An old style pub with burgers or fish and chips and other items. There is beer on... More

We stopped here for a bite to eat before going to the South Shore Music Circus. We did not have to wait as we chose to eat outdoors. The restaurant is small inside, but inviting. We decided to try the sampler which gave us three crocks of their Irish food; one was the beef stew, one was the cottage pie... More
