Whether we're dining with friends and would prefer a booth, dining ourselves for lunch and prefer a high-top or looking to enjoy the outdoor seating - all are options here.

Pretty good service and deep knowledge about the menu. Everything is very tasty. Burgers and mac & cheese are pretty good.

Good selection of beers. Food is good. Parmesan truffle tots are legit. Moderate price. About par for the area

Lots of local beer and seasonal beer on tap. Very convenient location near hotels and the mall. Food was good with a breath of choices. I have eaten here a couple times on trips to the area and will continue

Decent burger and a raft of craft beer on tap, staff very friendly, typical sports bar with lots of TV screens

Tavern in the Square is a really nice sports bar, and late night snack place. Its limited, uninspired menu and extreme levels of noise, at all hours (I have been there at 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm) serve to detract from a pleasant dining experience. Prices, though, are reasonable, and service is excellent.

We like Tavern in the Square for a meal on game days. The atmosphere is great and the food is good pub food. I especially recommend the turkey tips, burgers, and the humus platter. Service is good and consistent.

Took the family to the tavern for a late lunch Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm. Not very busy so we had our pick of tables. Diane our waitress was very good and worth her tip. Stella beers and Nantucket Lemonade to start. Food: Buffalo tenders, Maple mustard chicken tenders (no batter), Fish and chips, Buffalo chicken sandwich, and a Tavern burger.... More

I ordered the Diablo burger medium-well with cheddar instead of Swiss cheese. The burger was perfectly cooked and delicious with a nice Cajun spice mix. -1 point for the high priced gluten-free bun for an extra charge of $3.00! My wife and I ate at the Littleton restaurant. TripAdvisor didn't list this location so I picked the Burlington location.
