We've been to several of the Cameron's locations, but really like the 16th St. store in Silver Spring. Excellent crab gumbo that varies according to who made it that day. Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Meat is excellent. Shrimp are very good and they will steam and spice them for you. Staff are helpful and very pleasant. This is a good... More

I had the Ultimate Seafood Platter but I subbed extra shrimp for the fish. The fries were great. The crabcake needed more crab and less filler. The only condiment offered was hot sauce. Tartar and/or cocktail sauce would have been great.

I was here in the spring and ordered a bushel of crabs with ol' bay seasoning. It was great to say the least. MY husband pretty much finished the bushel I think I has 2 crabs. The people are friendly and the place is busy, but you will get your order fast.

We have family that live in Maryland. Thank god because I would not know difference between male or female crabs. So when they picked Cameron's I went along without protesting. Impression fresh clean. Service quick and complete. Other customers: helpful and friendly. Crabs: we needed more than one bushel. I was told by the Marylanders that the were a little... More

Its a Fish Market and Seafood Take out or Eat In establishment. I got the Broiled Salmon which was cooked perfectly and my sides were rice and vegetables. My hubby had the Fried Oyster Platter, rice and vegetables; hush puppies, dinner roll and pickles are served with meal too. It's a busy place as folks do take out for dinner.... More

I have never been there before but wanted fish and decided to stop. The service was very good and the fish was very fresh. The crabcake was full of jumbo nuggets of crab just wonderful.

Cameron's is ok takeout. We usually get crabs in the summer. The price for a bushel is on the average to expensive. Other places may have a better price but this location is close by. As for the takeout meals, the scampi is good. Don't get the crab cakes. You can't take a bit without shell.

We shop at Cameron Seafood for party platters of shrimp as well as to grab a quick, delicious lunch. Staff are friendly, quick, and helpful. Fish is fresh and well-prepared (from take-out menu).

I was passing thru the area and I asked where is a good place to get Maryland Blue Crabs. I was told Cameron’s is the best place, so that’s where I went. I ordered dozen of crabs and they were delicious! They were seasoned perfect!
