Ate here yesterday on a layover. Service was a bit slow. They said they were out of all sauces - no seafood sauce, no aioli, no tarter sauce....just ketchup. Didn't get quite what I ordered. Meal was stone cold - crab cake, hush puppies...no warmth. Maybe it was just an off day...but next time I will keep walking to another... More

Tony was an amazing waiter - we came in for drinks ans stayed for crab cakes & so glad we did. Much better than the usual airport fare we're accustomed to. Prompt service, reasonable prices for an airport, and Tony was the best.

Phillips is famous. But not because of this location. Yes, it is at an airport, but the food was not up to par. The single crab cake was OK but not great, probably made elsewhere and heated up here. The waffle fries were the best thing on the plate. Cole slaw was ordinary. Tartar sauce (not really needed for crab... More

What a day to start a day, if you happen to be at the airport. Delicious Bloody Mary with all the trimmings, and I shared the Crab Omelette with my boyfriend. It was enough for two! I would go out of my way to return for these treats!

I was in the A concourse, so this was a close option for lunch. I ordered the crab cake which came with coleslaw and vegetables for $21. It was good, but I didn't think it was worth the money. Also, I had a waitress spill tartar sauce on me, Went rushing by with dirty plates. Handed me a stack of... More

Stopped in at the airport for a lemon drop martini, at first they brought it out to me very dirty so I asked the waitress to doctor it up for me modern like and she was the sweetest to accommodate, then I had to try the lobster bisque as well, absolutely delicious, creamy, comforting bowl of goodness!

Waiting for ever for a beer, then for our meal. They brought the wrong dish, so back to wait. Fries are disgusting. Food very basic. Place is noisy. People around us are just laughing about how ridiculous the wait is. Our table neighbors ordered wine only to find out 23 minutes later that they had to pick something else.

I felt sorry for my waitress. No champagne glasses when you order champagne. Crab cakes look like they are premade frozen ones with little actual crab meat. And are served room temperature. Salad has wilted and rusty lettuce with mushy tomatoes. They give you pre packaged little tubs of Kens tartar sauce and prepackaged Hellmanns salad dressing. I don't think... More

Food was like something you could by frozen at the grocery store. Never again! Way over priced. Even the famous Bloody Mary was awful!

It is a really nice restaurant for the airport. I don't trust airports for food, yet this location has not disappointed me. I had a crab omelet one time and it was delicious. Another time I had a crab cake. That dinner was pretty pricey and the food was good, but not excellent. I do not expect food at the... More
