This was my first visit in many years and as then the crabs were fabulous. Good thing I wasn't thirsty because our server NEVER asked if we needed another item after she dropped off the crabs...NEVER. I had one glass of water with 2 dozen of crabs, my girlfriends had one drink each. I always tip my servers strictly on... More

This place is great. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant, don't go here. If you are looking for a comfortable place to get some awesome seafood, this is your place. I had the crab cakes. Some of the best I've ever had. Bonus! No shells. I don't usually give 5 stars, even at places I love. This place... More

This is not in a tourist-y part of town and, frankly, I might be a bit nervous going there at night since I'm not from around there. We went here for lunch after a funeral. Due to those circumstances, we were able to order anything off their lunch menu which usually varies each day. I think I had their Thursday's... More

My wife and I went there on a Saturday evening. A rather full house and still we were seated quickly. Heard so much about their crabcakes, we just had to try. I asked our server as to where the origin of the crab meat was from. She replied it came from North Carolina. However, during the summer they procure Maryland... More

A can't miss if in the area. I travel 2 1/2 hours away and come down every chance I can for their food - just fantastic. Be sure... More

Here the crab cake is not a carb cake. There were also very good oysters and a pleasant service. A ten-minute drive from the highway, worth it, MD at its best.

There's little more that can be added bout this place. The seafood is excellent, amazing crabs, sensational crab cakes, wonderful fried haddock, and a full bar with wildly inexpensive drinks. The place is laid back and friendly, and it took us all of two visits to become regulars. It's our go-to place for drinks and meals, as it is for... More
