I don't come here frequently even though I live close by primarily because the guy behind the counter is rude and quite snotty to the customers. Yesterday I went in for a coffee and plain toasted bagel not realizing they don't provide butter in the condiment area. After I got my bagel I asked for a butter patty and he... More

Apparently, there is new management at this bagel store which also offers sandwiches. I asked to buy a dozen bagels and after selecting them I asked for them to be sliced. They adamantly refused! I said "are you serious, why not?" They said they were "too busy and did not want to be bothered". I offered to pay whatever reasonable... More

Tried Bagel Bin after of few years of skipping it. Should have skipped it. They were out of almost everything for the afternoon lunch time and they took over ten minutes to put chicken on a bagel. The whole thing was quite confusing and instead of a bagel I ended up with a panini. Disappointing

Came in here for the first time and got a breakfast burrito with sausage. It tasted okay, until I realized it was covered from head to toe with grease. Grease was dripping out of it and was all over the plate it came on. It was absolutely disgusting. I went back and told the person taking orders that I could... More

The bagels are fine, the coffee is decent. But, if you order anything beyond a regular bagel, the staff seems to be overwhelmed. They are very slow. Once I asked for two dozen bagels sliced and they about had a conniption saying that there was no way they could slice two dozen bagels. Aren't you a bagel place, don't you... More

We have been going to bagel bin for over 10 years and it has gone through various good and less good times. We were recently by to pick up Eggels which are egg sandwiches on bagels. They were excellent and prepared exactly as requested. One note, they butter everything. If you don't want that be sure to mention no butter.

We stop in frequently to get bagels to go. Our favorites are the blueberry, chocolate chip, and the banana nut. They are often out of the banana nut which is annoying at times. I understand running out on the weekends, but on a Thursday? Maybe they should make more banana nut bagels if they are that big of a seller.... More

We go hear probably every other week for breakfast and really enjoy their food. For the most part the bagels are always good, but sometimes there is a little inconsistency in them. Very inexpensive. Family of four can be under $20 for takeout.

I like the bagels and lox at this place. The cream cheese is homemade and delicious. However, I thought it was expensive for the quantity. The bagel twist is my favorite with a combination of pumpernickel and sesame. A few bites of this and it's gone and can't afford to buy another one. The service here leaves much to be... More
