Good Japanese hibachi food with good chefs to serve you up close and personal. I usually get the seafood combination hibachi delight and my husband's selection always involve steak.

Had a family dinner with six of us plus two unrelated parties. The chef did the usual show cooking and the food was great. We typically eat lunch (lunch boats) at our local Benihana at least once a month and eat dinners there about twice a year. This Benihana's service and food quality was consistent with our local Benihana. Some... More
I've been to Benihana several times in the past, but I haven't been there for a couple of years. On a recent weeknight, we had a 7:30 reservation but were not seated until about 8:15. No food or even water arrived until about 8:45. They clearly were very overbooked and understaffed. The food was fine, but the service delays really... More
This place is good, but if you've been to one Benihana, you've been to this one too. There isn't anything special about this location compared to others. It gets very busy here most nights. The birthday discount coupons are also very popular and at this location there will easily be 5-10 people celebrating a birthday any given night (which is... More
The hibachi was great. All of the food was good. The spicy tofu was perfect. The ginger dressing was delicious. The sushi was not that good, but the meals that my family had were very good. The steak was a small portion though tasty to my husband. The service was pretty good but slow.
I've been to Japanese hibachi restaurants before. The food was really good, but the chef knew the people we shared a table with, so he was conversing with them more than providing the classic show. They also had a mustard sauce as opposed to the typical shrimp sauce. Bethesda seems to be an odd place anyways, maybe it just goes... More
This was a decent meal with a good staff. Very attentive and friendly. The food was what I would call "OK". In the end, the bill was higher than I would expect for the quality of the food. Not bad, but not great to be sure.
we went here for a graduation celebration. It was very fun to see have the food cooked in front of us with all the action with the knifes, and the cooking show. The food was very good as well. We had a very good time overall. The only thing is that it tends to be too crowded and the tables... More
As a parent of 3 kids, Benihana is our go-to spot for teen birthday dinner. There is food and entertainment all rolled into one, and the restaurant makes it festive with singing and clapping and a souvenir photo.
Food had no taste. Small portions. I'm almost sure the cook was drunk. Yum yum sauce taste like vinegar. Worst experience ever. First and last time at this location. Atlanta is a much different and BETTER experience
