Love me some fresh seafood! We were getting fresh lobsters from the market, but decided to go ahead & get some lunch too. Fried scallops....oh my! Its been some time since I had a true NE scallop! So good. Then, we proceeded to pick up our lobsters for dinner. Cooked them up at home and oh so good! Highly recommend.

Both ordered lobster rolls, meat very tender but no flavor. However scallops were great. Outside dining has a great waterfront view.

The Harraseeket is still one of our go to places in Freeport. The food is just fantastic. Its on the end of a dock and the views are great. What more can you ask for.

This restaurant had great reviews but I am not sure why. You order your food and can eat inside or outside. We chose outside. We ordered lobster rolls with french fries and onion rings. The lobster was tough and chewy which is a sign of over cooking. The french fries were greasy and the onion rings were basically greasy dough.... More

We are here the last time we were in the area so returned for lunch. The food is very good. We had lobster roll, clam chowder and seafood chowder which was very tasty. Great views with outside seating ;-)

Ate lunch last week while vacationing in Maine. Worst, driest lobster roll I've ever eaten! Shrimp roll was just ok. Clams were rubber-band chewy. Hard to understand how this place received the positive reviews. Also had to wave the flies away while I tried to eat--inside.

We love this place! Must do the lobster dinner! Fresh and delicious. Don't forget the dessert, homemade pies and crisps that are large servings and taste amazing. This place is a definite don't miss in Freeport. The staff actually also deserve special mention, we just made it in before closing and instead of turning us away gladly accommodated us even... This highly over rated place to eat is just that. If you want lobster along with your other items for dinner you have to go to another part of the building, the sea food that we did get was way over cooked, the onion rings were dark brown and dripping with grease. We always travel with our dog's and love... More

We had the lobster roll and the boiled lobster. Food was delicious at a good value. The location is also very nice overlooking the bay. The only annoyance was the amount of flies/bees there were but you can't avoid that when eating seafood outside I guess.
