The food is great and filling a little pricey so I do not go often. I would recommend it based on the quality of the food.

Tasty family run establishment. Good plaintains. Be mindful a lot will be fried so choose carefully if that matters to you. El Plato is very good for $13.99.

After missing out on this weekday only restaurant for too long, a weeklong visit allowed us to make two visits...and it was a big yumm! we got the special arepa with all the fixings in addition to the shredded chicken and beef on another visit and found them all to be winners! The drinks were also delicious particularly the horchata... More

So last summer me and my family went to Luis's Arepera & Grill and we loved it. We just got back from eating there and from my memory it was EVEN BETTER than last year. #5stars#:-).

Luis' Arepera doesn't stand out in any kind of flashy way; it is located in a former corner store on North Street in Saco, in a very residential area dotted with historic homes. But don't let that deter you from stopping in....what Luis' lacks in atmosphere is more than made up for in the food. Simple but always fresh, you... More

Arepas! Wonderful little corn cakes stuffed with all sorts of tasty fillings. Served with flavorful black beans and rice.

Love this place so much. This is my second time here while up in Maine for work and I go out of my way to make it here for lunch. The shredded beef and shredded chicken Arepas are insane and the fried plantains are the best I've had. Chicken/Beef bowls with beans n rice are a go-to as well. Luis... More
