This is a pleasant space in an old mill, gets quite crowded even on a Monday night. The staff was polite, menu is fairly broad of 'pub' food, beer menu extensive and wine menu pretty good. The food we had was a mix of very...More

While this brewery is NOT known for having great beer selections, they ARE known for normally good service and good food. We stopped in on a gorgeous Thursday in May to find it fairly busy. One room was completely closed to customers and we were...More

Great brew pub in a renovated old mill building. A bit of a wait on a busy Friday night, but worth it. While waiting at the bar I sampled the beers, and then had awesome fish and chips (generous piece of haddock, hand cut fries...More

Loved the setting to dine in! Excellent appetizers are meal sized and sharable --best were the mussels! Our waitress was attentive and helpful. Side salad was also shareable and had lots of healthy greens. Nice, smooth lager that my husband enjoyed. It was a busy...More

I once here to get a berger with my daughter and took them 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Not the first time either. The food is exceptional, but the service is so terrible that I never go to eat there. They forget about...More

I love.historic waterside mills that have been repurposed like this. The mussels Dijon were exceptional. The calmari and shepherd's pie were great as was the ale.

First time eating here over the weekend, can't wait to go back! Our waiter Richard was awesome, so attentive with great tips on the menu. We tried a flight of their 7 beers, (one of the best deals) & lunch was the vegetarian reuben which...More

This restaurant is in my town. I have never had a bad meal there. However it can be very noisy at dinner. Great bar.

This is a pub-lovers' pub. Huge, rambling, lots of side rooms, deck in summer, and great brews/food. We went for dinner before Saturday theater and the place was packed by 5:30. Ended up at a small table in the bar, but had superb service and...More

The Run-or-the-Mill is a great Brew Pub! It clearly has evolved... with both outdoor: and, indoor menus during the warmer months; and, they offer mostly their own brewed beer (my favorite is the Bug Lager); but, they have... More

The Run of the Mill is an English Style Brew Pub. We offer 7 beers at a time and rotate those between the 25 different varieties that we offer. Our menu includes traditional meals such as Fish and Chips, Pot Roast and Bangers and Mashed Potatoes. We offer daily specials and non-traditional fare, including many steak, fish and even vegetarian options. The Run of the Mill is family and local oriented and we strive to use local farmers, bakers and fishermen. In addition to great food, great beer and a full bar, we have live music Thursdays, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons at 4pm, as well as an open mic night on Tuesdays. Music starts at 8pm and goes till 11pm. We offer a large deck over looking the beautiful Saco River, a separate outside menu including incredible Fish Tacos and some great Grilled Pizzas.
