Yes, this restaurant is a bit pricy but worth every cent. Consistent hight quality levels of food and service. Owner ( Melissa) is the chef. I would suggest that if you want to make a reservation on a weekend, make that reservation a few weeks...More

We have been trying to dine here for years but because of the way our conference is set up Monday is the only night we could go and they are closed. This year we decided we were going to eat here and after all the...More

I heard about Primo from a friend and was excited to take my group of 15 there. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not live up to the hype. A dinner for 15 took us almost 3 hours, bc our server kept disappearing. We didn't even have...More

My wife and I reserved a table weeks in advance to celebrate our anniversary. Our cocktails (mezcal margarita and ginger mule) were excellent. The fig pizza was good but not great. Our whipped goat cheese salad was a disaster but was quickly addressed and remedied....More

We were so looking forward to a visit to Primo and it was enjoyable. We had heard about it for a long time. The framed certificates and magazine covers on the wall attest to its fame. Maybe there was too much hype but it wasn't...More

If you are within an hour's drive of Rockland, Maine, do go to Primo. We had a fabulous dinner up in the casual restaurant. Wonderful pasta, great Italian wines. It was perfect. So wonderful to find it in the midst of Seafood Land.
