Whenever I go into an eatery with 5 pages of menu listing everything from general Tso’s Chicken to Kosher Hot Dogs I am skeptical. You cannot be good at everything. I would give this place the highest ratings for their signature foods. The chef here...More

We came here our first night in the area. It's a small place, and we didn't have a reservation, but because it was Sunday and off season we were able to get a table.(Note: get a reservation under other conditions.) The food is high moderate...More

A small, unpretentious restaurant where the food is delicious and the service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend you visit. You won't be disappointed.

I stopped in on a recommendation and glad I did. It's very small and popular so make reservations. I sat at the bar looking into the open kitchen. Being small, the service was right there and the food? Utterly amazing. One of the best dishes...More

Small unpretentious gold mine of food. The placed we planned to eat at was closed and ended up here, oh lucky day. The menu is complex for the size of the restaurant. I flipped over the polenta stuffed with ricotta, prosciutto, mushrooms, mozzarella.

We stopped for lunch on our way in to Camden. The out of the ordinary egg rolls, a couple of wonder lamb patties, and a side of "small" fires were all that was needed for a wonderful lunch.

My husband and I and our nice had lunch at Miranda today. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. I had the fish cakes with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. The focaccia bread was freshly backed and served still warm. So tasty. My...More

We visited on a busy Friday evening and had a nothing-special meal, served by a slightly overwhelmed waitress. This place was hot and loud and chaotic. I'd favor this for lunch over dinner.

We ate at Café Miranda based on a recommendation from our innkeeper. It is a very small restaurant and reservations are crucial. The menu is quite eclectic with some unusual takes on more familiar dishes. We shared an excellent salad and a delicious pizza. No...More

Arrived in Rockland the day after a huge nor'easter, but found the Cafe Miranda open for lunch and serving great fare. The atmosphere is funky and was noisy at times, depending on what track was playing on the music system. We each had a cup...More

NO, there is not a fireplace inside, but outside during cool evenings they have a gas fireplace. We were there recently and the outside was closed.

Kerry, the owner, is from Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. Shenandoah is often called the Polish Poconos and is the home of "Mrs. T's" pierogies and a yearly "kielbasa" fest. I'm certain you can get Pierogies, if you call ahead!
