Awesome oysters, beer and lobster rolls for lunch. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. There was a short wait for a table but it was well worth it.

My husband said it was the best lobster roll he ever had. They had a huge selection of oysters and other shell fish. They where super nice and converted one of their rolls to be vegetarian . The staff is friendly and profession . Highly...More

This is a great place to find oysters and local craft beer. The menu and board items have some unusual seafood creations such as octopus terrine. Very busy but the staff is friendly and works hard to serve you. Definitely a must stop when you...More

Some say that Eventide makes the best lobster roll around. We stopped for lunch and began with a roll apiece. The meat was shredded, with no piece larger than a small crouton, not particularly flavorful, and the brown butter preparation could not disguise it. The...More

This place was packed and I now know why. Very eclectic menu- and all items were served uniquely as well. My husband said this was his best lobster roll while in Maine. I had the Lobster stew! Delicious.

Our server was VERY knowledgeable about the menu (even the 10 different varieties of oysters)! Lots of items are sharable, so that's what we did! We tried 3 different varieties of oysters which were delish! The clam chowder, the Scotch Egg and the Fried Chicken...More

Our lobster rolls, homemade chips and coal slaw were delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. However, I have to agree with a previous reviewer that after a long wait and a fairly high tab you want the seating to be comfortable and it...More

Very busy expect to wait. Seating is unique, there are tables, bar counters and a counter looking out the front window. I was not able to understand how to request a different type of seating, it was like take what you can get. We got...More

Awesome oysters, great vibe. Sat at the bar but had to wait because it was so crowded. Definitely worth the wait though. Everything I had was great - oysters, yellowtail crudo, lobster roll.

We decided to splurge on a lunch at this very popular and extravagant fish house in the old port of Maine, a few minutes walk from the ferry boat and Casco Bay Lines. We started off with a plate of greens served with pickled vegetables...More

I was trying to find their menu but it doesn't list their prices. We will be heading to Portland, ME next weekend and wanted to know, for a party of 8 (2 children included) if this would be ideal for lunch or dinner? And if we would be breaking the bank? How reasonable are the prices? Thanks for any help!!!!

I'm not sure this would work well for kids. It's a loud restaurant with banquet style seating. At first glance the menu doesn't seem too pricey but it is when you take into account the tiny size of the portions, which they... More
