Had a great dinner here about 2 years ago. Came back to Portland this March and come back to eventide again. This restaurant never disappoints me. Lobster stew is my favorite. There is always line there. If you want to go, be prepare to wait

Our hotel suggested this location to us to eat for lunch. We were not disappointed. The tapas dishes were more than enough for my wife and I for lunch. We throughly enjoyed the kimchi, octopus and ceviche. This was more than enough for lunch. However,...More

So if you like sitting on stools and benches eating EXCELLENT raw bar oysters and some hot comfort foods, this is the place. Cocktails get a “5”. Service is very good. I’ll be back.

We had bloody marys and a dozen of mixed oysters. They were shucked perfectly and were served nice and chilled. Yummy!

A great spot for oysters and seafood. There’s a full bar and al fresco seating in good weather. Can get crazy busy, and there’s often a wait, but worth it.

Eventide has delicious lobster rolls -the bread and the lobster meat just melts in your mouth. But... they are very pricey. They have a good seafood variety and serve fast. It's casual and very crowded for dinner but a great choice for lunch. I would...More

It's not far, but you can also drive if you want. It's on Middle Street, so it is the next parallel street to Fore Street, one block further from the harbor. Then it is about three blocks over to Franklin, and it is almost... More
