We were at the hotel on a wedding night (coincidence) and the service was poor. The drinks (expensive) lacked the punch for the price paid. I don't mind paying good money for a drink, but when some local chain restaurants make equivalent drinks, that says something.

We didn't stay at the Westin, but we did visit to have drinks and food at Top of the East. The bar was quite busy, but we were served quickly and we also enjoyed the flatbread, lobster sliders and pretzels. All were yummy. We didn't notice that they automatically added 20% gratuity, so we ended up double tipping - our... More

My fiancé and I stayed at the Westin Portland Harborview for two nights at the end of October. Night one, we ended up going up to the Top of the East rooftop lounge to check it out and ended up staying there for a couple hours. It was very modern and elegant with beautiful views of the city. We enjoyed... More

This bar is more expensive because it is in a hotel and the view is fabulous. We had a tasty shrimp appetizer and a well made Old Fashion. You can view the ocean to the west and Mountains to the west. Very relaxing. Hope to return

I loved having drinks and some light snacks at the end of the day. The waitress we had was great. The male waiter was not as attentive. The view is phenomenal

My wife and I arrived here at 8pm on a Saturday evening for a cocktail after dinner. The lounge was busy but that's to be expected. We sat at a table and waited for someone to come over with a menu or at least greet us. And we waited and we waited.....finally a man did drop off drink menus but... More

It's a perfect place to have a drink or two and to look at Portland, but everything is very expensive.

Not really sure how to rate the restaurant, the service was ok but the views were great. When we ordered, our food was also very good, but the menu is lacking variety and could definitely be a bit bigger.

We were staying at the Westin and decided to try out the rooftop bar. The views were phenomenal and the drinks were delicious. Our bartender, John, was extremely knowledgeable of the selections and easily made recommendations. His service was fantastic so we decided to go back again later that night! Can't wait to go back the next time we're in... More
