We enjoyed pizza made from dough like no other pizza I have had. Their pizza has its own texture and flavor! The Flagship Pats in Orono is like a step back in time!!!

We arrived at Pat's on the Thursday night before Veterans Day at about 8p with a party of 9. It wasn't crowded and we were seated right away. Both my parents are UMO alums, and they enjoyed returning to one of their old hangouts. Decor-wise, it apparently hasn't changed all that much. I like funky and retro, so I was... More

They always have specials... I ordered here regularly when I lived in old town and was happy/satisfied with my food about half the time. It's good, but not necessarily great.

UMaine Alum? Then you can bet a return to Orono will include a trip to Pat's Pizza on MillSt, downtown. Still family owned and operated by Pat's family and change is studied and in most cases rejected in favor of the "way it has always been". Same old, same old when it comes to pizza is just what you always... More

Nice to see Pats is still here, considering I graduated in '84. Double dough, double cheese, pepperoni was always my favorite.

Made a quick stop with a friend for lunch. The special was with a pizza you got free bread sticks. We ordered a large Hawaiian Pizza with the free bread sticks. This thin crust pizza was the tastiest pizza I had tasted in a long time. The bread sticks looked like a Calzone and were also very good. Good food... More

Got the all meat pizza for carry-out one night while staying in town on vacation. Excellent thin crust pizza loaded with toppings....they don't skimp! I thought it was very good and would eat there again without hesitation.

In a time when national franchises have all but choked out the smaller local haunts Pat's Pizza is still going strong after 80+ years. I visited the original location and found the decor to be worn and dated but then that is part of the history they have preserved...after all, this isn't "fine dining". The staff was pleasant and quick.... More

A nice place with good food, a classic type hole in the wall dingy, old and classic. Love the Pat's soda and really enjoyed the greesy spoon feel where Orono eats. Stop by.
